Sometimes I forget to breath, well I am breathing at all times or else I would not be alive. But most of the time when I am tense I forget that I am breathing, inhaling lightly thru my nose. when i am working or inside t
he house I am not getting fresh air. If breathing is initial to breathing then why do we forget to breath. I like to take the time at night to go for a walk to inhale and exhale the fresh air. its helps clear my mind and have a goodnight sleep.
